Jared Tonge serves as Academic and Enrichment Operations Coordinator at Strive Charter School. He brings five years of early childhood education experience, including work in New York City Public Schools’ 3-K and prekindergarten classrooms. Jared earned his Early Childhood Child Development Associate credential through the CUNY School of Professional Studies and brings his experience in education to supporting Strive’s academic, enrichment, and school operations.

Katysha Butler is a Family Support Associate at Strive Charter School with 20 years of experience in education. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to supporting students and families and helping create a welcoming, positive school community. She values building strong relationships with families, connecting them with resources, and working collaboratively with staff to support student success. Her years in education have strengthened her commitment to making sure families feel heard, supported, and connected to their school community.

Azia Rodriguez

Bilingual Front Office and Marketing Associate

Azia Rodriguez serves as the Bilingual Front Office and Marketing Associate at STRIVE Charter School. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students and families while strengthening communication between the school and its community. Azia supports families in both English and Spanish and contributes her experience in communications, digital marketing, and community engagement.

Azia earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from SUNY Purchase College and her master’s degree in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University. She enjoys storytelling, building meaningful connections, and using communication and marketing to help organizations positively connect with the communities they serve.
