Strive protects student information in accordance with applicable federal and New York State student privacy laws, including FERPA and New York Education Law § 2-d.
Enrollment applications are submitted through SchoolMint, a third-party enrollment platform. Other school systems may also be used for communication, student information, hiring, forms, and school operations. Strive works with third-party providers to support school operations and expects those providers to protect student information consistent with applicable law and their agreements with the school.
Strive does not permit student personally identifiable information to be sold or used for advertising or marketing purposes. Access to student information is limited to authorized users and school-related purposes.
Strive may use AI-assisted tools to help create website content, images, administrative drafts, or operational materials. Strive does not intentionally use student personally identifiable information to train public AI tools. Any AI tool used with student information must be reviewed for privacy, security, and legal compliance.
