An Alternative to Pre-K for 4-Year-Olds

At Strive, children can begin kindergarten at age 4 in a joyful, structured classroom built around reading, play, hands-on math, and real conversation.

We meet each child where they are and give them the time, structure, and support to grow with confidence as they begin their K–4 journey.

Early Kindergarten at Strive is built around proven phonics, hands-on math, books, play, movement, and real conversation.

Children learn in a joyful, structured classroom where teachers meet them where they are and help them build confidence for the full K–4 journey.

WHY EARLY KINDERGARTEN AT STRIVE?

A Focus on Confidence

Not all 4-year-olds are at the same level, and that’s okay. Some children are just beginning to recognize letters and sounds. Others are already starting to read. We meet each child where they are and help them grow.

Learning Through Play

Young children learn best by doing. Students read, build, count, draw, talk, move, and explore with real materials throughout the day.

The Start of K–4

Early Kindergarten is not a separate program. It is the beginning of your child’s full Strive experience, with the same school, same community, and same commitment through 5th grade.

THE DETAILS

Everything is free for families.

School Day

9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Age 4+

Children may begin kindergarten at age 4.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.

Optional Hours

Before school, after school, weekends, and summer. Open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Start at Strive at 4. Stay through 4th grade.

 

Early Kindergarten is the beginning of your child’s full K–4 journey at Strive.

Children who start here build friendships, routines, confidence, and academic skills that carry with them through elementary school.

Same school. Same community. Same commitment from the very beginning through 5th grade.
